Conservation Ranger (North Antrim)

The role will require the direct management of grey squirrels and the provision of advice and support for landowners to manage non native species to conserve red squirrels in and surrounding remaining strongholds.
Salary: £19,520 per annum (pro rata)
Location: North Antrim
Contract: Fixed term to 21 Augsut 2019 with a 6 month probationary period
Hours: 20 hours per week. This role is delivered on an annualised hours basis. There may be a requirement to work more hours in the spring and summer months and fewer in the autumn and winter months. Flexibility is a requirement, where there is a need to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Leave: 24 days per annum plus 12 days’ statutory holidays
