About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with people living with dementia in the Foyle area. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to be responsible for the management and administration of the Community Support service including staff and volunteers who support people with dementia in their own homes and in the community by providing them with opportunities for one to one personalised support.

The service will support people with dementia to make informed choices on how they spend their time and encourage people with dementia to maintain independence, autonomy and cognitive abilities for as long as possible.

You will have experience of face-to-face service delivery, a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary services, ensuring independence, choice and control for all those who access our service.
