Community Job Coach x 2 - Belfast area & North Down/Ards area

The organisation was established in 2002 and has had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people by supporting them to secure and sustain paid job opportunities through our dedicated employment and training team.

Verve is our award winning employment and training project funded through European Social Fund (2018-2022), Department for Communities and respective match funders and currently covers the Belfast, Antrim, Newtownabbey, Mid & East Antrim and Ard & North Down areas.

Due to organisational growth & expansion of we have an exciting opportunity for 2 full time Community Job Coaches to join our reputable employment and training team in the following areas:

1. Belfast

2. North Down & Ards

As a Job Coach you will support participants through the delivery of skills coaching and mentoring sessions. An integral part of the role will be to support our community and/or catering based activities, encouraging engagement in activities that will support participants progression into employment.
