Community Job Coach Part time - Newtownabbey, Antrim, Mid & East Ulster

The organisation was established in 2002 and has had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people by supporting them to secure and sustain paid job opportunities through our dedicated employment and training team.

Verve is our award winning employment and training project funded through European Social Fund (2018-2022), Department for Communities and respective match funders and currently covers the Belfast, Antrim, Newtownabbey, Mid & East Antrim and Ard & North Down areas.

We have an opportunity for a Community Job Coach to join the team and work on a Job Share basis to support our growth across the Newtownabbey, Antrim, Mid & East Antrim area.

As a Job Coach you will support participants through the delivery of skills coaching and mentoring sessions. An integral part of the role will be to support our community and/or catering based activities, encouraging engagement in activities that will support participants progression into employment.
