This role is designed to ensure that our communities have the support and assistance needed to thrive and to maximise their potential for growth in a shared and inclusive way that suits their needs.
Based at: Greater Belfast Area
Ref: CO.HO.03
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
-
A Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and 2 years' experience working in community development
OR
Applicants with 5 years recent experience working in community development but who do not hold a degree should also apply - Experience in monitoring, managing and reporting on budgets in accordance with policies, procedures and external funding requirements.
- Experience of supporting communities to deliver community plans and/or events
- Knowledge of best practice in community development and empowerment
