A highly motivated, committed and competent individual is required to support Northern Ireland Environment Link (NIEL) to deliver climate change adaptation projects.

This role will be focused on the EPA–funded research project ‘Transboundary Adaptation Learning Exchange’ (TalX), which is a collaborative project working across five jurisdictions in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. TalX will develop recommendations for the improvement of local and national adaptation planning and implementation. The project will be delivered in partnership with University College Cork (project lead) and Adaptation Scotland (SNIFFER).

This post is funded for 24 months, 22.5 hours per week. The Climate Resilience Researcher will be responsible to the Climate NI Manager.
