The choir co-ordinator/s will take lead responsibility for the choir, this will include planning
the fortnightly practices and taking on the musical lead in partnership with other choir members.
The choir has been a significant success and the enjoyment and impact on choir members has
been well recognised and evidenced.
It is for this reason that we are very keen that it continues and that we encourage the choir to
take on a life of its own, to be led by families and for members to take it in the direction that they
feel is best. Staff within the charity will continue to offer support in the background, but will not
directly lead the choir.
