Child Contact Centre Volunteer

Knock CCC has been open for 20 years.  We provide contact for children of separated families.

We endeavour to provide a safe, neutral, child centred environment for children to maintain or re-establish contact with a parent, grandparent or sibling.

It is estimated 1 in 3 marriages now breakdown in our society.  The impact, over 100,000 children in the UK losing contact with a parent following a separation.  This in turn can lead to have a profound negative impact on a child's emotional well-being.

We have an existing team of dedicated, experienced volunteers and we hope to expand our team in our recruitment.  Full training is provided as part of volunteer induction.

The skills required to be a volunteer within our contact centre are a non-judgemental attitude, impartiality & caring towards family breakdown issues.
