The Northern Ireland Youth Forum are seeking to appoint CASUAL WORKERS to work as part of a team to develop, support and deliver a diverse range of NI Youth Forum projects. This includes day time work, evening & residentials if and when required.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To design, plan and deliver peace building programmes through our Peace IV Programme Amplify that will help participants explore themes such as personal social development, citizenship and good relations.

 

  • Lead/Participate in the active recruitment of young people aged 16-24 for Amplify across the targeted locations.

 

  • To support young people to take the lead in social action and assist them in its planning, delivery and evaluation.

 

  • To provide one to one support to programme participants using action planning.

 

  • ​​​​​​​To liaise with full-time staff and provide information to staff regarding projects, delivery of programmes etc. so that regular reports can be developed for NIYF, funders and other key partners on projects where necessary.
