Career Mentor - Family Foundations

Clanrye Group is seeking to recruit a full-time Career Mentor to the Family Foundations programme, in our Portadown office, responsible for assessing participants’ needs / barriers to support participants to identify career pathways, research progression opportunities and support and motivate participants to secure employment and training.

The successful candidates must have:

• 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths.
• A level 3 qualification or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience of working with people from marginalised backgrounds and helping them into employment / training.
• Experience of working to and understanding Safeguarding Adults and Children policies, procedures and legislation.

Delivery, during work in Covid-19 staff will be working remotely and not in a work location

There will be a requirement in the short term to support participants living in the Downpatrick area. 

Closing date for applications:  Monday 20th July at 3.00pm, interviews will take place on 23rd and 24th July.
