The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient and effective development and implementation of all Belfast Works Citywide training provision including supervising staff. They will ensure that all training is delivered in line with the consortium and funders strict guidelines and requirements. They will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with team and management to ensure the effective delivery of the project
