The post will involve working at neighbourhood level in North Belfast to support the development of an employment service infrastructure to improve the potential of long-term unemployed, economically inactive and workless people to gain employment. Undertake the necessary outreach work to identify and engage an appropriate number of potential clients to meet the agreed caseload and employment targets. Perform employability assessment of participants. Complete agreed participant personal employability action plans. One to one participant mentoring, seeking solutions to remove participants barriers to employment, supporting participants with job search skills, completing job application forms, improving job interview techniques and sourcing progression routes into education/training or employment.
