The Belfast Hills Partnership & Woodland Trust are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person to be responsible for the promotion and creation of native woodlands and hedgerows across the Belfast Hills area.

The Belfast Hills Partnership and Woodland Trust wish to appoint a Belfast Hills Woodlands Officer to join our dynamic team.

This skilled and enthusiastic person will be responsible for the promotion and creation of native woodlands and hedgerows across the Belfast Hills area.  This will include large scale tree planting, Woodland Trust MOREwoods, riparian planting, tree nursery development, ash die back mitigation and planting work with local farmers/businesses. Partnership working and community engagement are central to delivery.

The Belfast Hills Partnership reserves the right to hold a reserve list, for a period of approximately 12 months, from this recruitment to fill similar roles which may arise.

Please note the deadline for applications is 5th October 2020 at 1pm. 

Applications received after this time will not be considered. It is anticipated that interviews will be held 15th/16th October 2020.
