The Asset Officer’s role is to assist in the effective management of the Association’s Maintenance function relating to the Association’s dwellings and jointly managed properties, and to support the Asset Manager in the delivery of the Assets Department.

Salary: Level 03 - Officer, NJC SCP 20 - 29. £25,295 - £32,029 per annum
