Asset Officer

Based at: Radius Housing, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Level six qualification (e.g.Bachelor's Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in an related discipline such as,Estate Management, Building Surveying, Construction, Engineering with 1 years'relevant experience OR  Candidateswith 5 years' experience (within the last 7 years) within a construction/Facilities/ planned maintenance environment should also apply
• Experience of contract management and the use ofNEC3 forms of contract.
• Hold a full valid driving licence with access to a caror demonstrate the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the post.
