Area Administration Officer - North Down and Ards
Livability for people with learning disabilities
To provide a range of high quality administrative support functions for the Locality Manager.
· To be the initial office contact for the area.
· To support the management of sensitive data in line with legal and organisational requirements
· To contribute to the safe operation of the service delivery in Northern Ireland through the maintenance of a high quality administrative system
· The provide information to regulatory and statutory agencies
· To provide administrative support to operational managers in Northern Ireland
· To support the management of a safe recruitment system
· To support the management of a robust financial management system
Essential criteria
GSCE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English, Experience in Office Administration, Able to use Microsoft Office Packages. (Please see person specification, job description for full details on essential and desirable criteria).
