AMH Works Manager

The post holder will have responsibility for the management and operational delivery of the commercial AMH Works training and consultancy services. The overall purpose of the post is to generate unrestricted income and achieve sales growth targets.

Essential criteria includes:-

• A relevant RQF level 5 Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant management experience including direct line management of staff
• Experience of managing and implementing marketing strategies and activities including advertising, PR, events, promotions and on-line marketing
• Experience of business to business selling
• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
• Evidence of developing external networks to support and promote the effective delivery of a project or service
• Experience of delivering training in a group setting
• Current full driving licence, valid in the UK and access to a car on appointment or access to a form of transport to fulfil full duties of the post
