Advice Services Support & Development Officer

Law Centre is seeking to appoint an Advice Services Support & Development Officer to lead on the implementation of the independent audit processes with advice providers across NI.  This role will co-ordinate the audit processes with advice providers from planning and conducting the audit through to reporting and recommendations for the provider to support continuous improvement within the advice service.  The post holder will also liaise with Advice NI as the umbrella body for frontline advice providers, local Councils and the Department for Communities. In addition to co-ordinating and conducting audits the postholder will also manage the Generalist Advice Quality Auditor.
