Part-time/temporary. The post-holder will provide an administrative service and support in a variety of different settings within the organisation. They will work as an integral member of a small team and be expected to use their own initiative.
Duties will include word processing; producing reports; working on computer systems; data input; retrieval of information; sorting and responding to emails/mail; dealing with general enquiries; maintaining filing systems; photocopying/scanning; general office duties.
