We’re looking for Administration Officers to join our Administration Team now and in the near future to assist in the provision of effective administration services to meet the needs of the organisation, our customers and service users.  This role will also include providing an administrative support role to the Director and Senior Leadership Team.

 

Essential criteria for this post include: -

  • 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English & Maths (or equivalent qualification).
  • A minimum of 18 months’ full-time (or equivalent part-time) administrative/clerical experience of working within a busy office environment within the last 5 years.
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully managing and prioritising own workload, with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to input data and produce accurate and timely reports, as required (e.g. staff leave i.e. annual, flexi, sickness records)
