Administration Officer

Crossroads are seeking to recruit an Administration Officer to join their team.


The post holder will be responsible for the administration of the Crossroads Operations Office in conjunction with the administration team and will provide a full administrative support to the Scheme in line with the objectives of Crossroads Care NI.

The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring duties such as the timely placement of client care plans, ensuring care plans are kept up to date, monitoring administration, payroll and rota's. 

Essential Experience:

  • Experience of working within a busy office environment
  • High proficiency in relevant IT packages including Microsoft Office in a work-based setting
  • Ability to travel across Northern Ireland and therefore a full driving license, use of car and up to date (Business Use) insurance are required as is MOT if applicable.
  • Ability to work flexibly including some evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team and also independently

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organisation and time management
  • Highly motivated with an appetite to take responsibility and a ‘Can-do’ attitude
  • Self starter with great team ethos

Salary:  £18,500 pro rata per annum
Working Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
