Administration Assistant

The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member:
Administration Assistant Ref: 19-093-AA-WBLO-WEB
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support at West Belfast Living Options, a Supported Living Scheme for Service users with learning disabilities.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: 3 point incremental scale starting on £17,364 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: West Belfast Supported Living Services
Essential Criteria:
- Maths and English GCSE at Grade A-C (or equivalent)
- NVQ 2 in Administration or other relevant qualification at this level
- 1 years’ experience in an administration environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- An appreciation of the needs of people who have disabilities
