Headway the brain injury association is seeking to appoint an Acquired Brain Injury ABI Services Coordinator for the Western HSCT (Northern Sector) area to provide services to people living with brain injuries and their carers.

For the past 40 years, Headway the brain injury association has been working to improve life after brain injury. Today, we provide information, support and a range of progressive services to those affected by brain injury through our network of over 120 Groups and Branches throughout the UK.

The ABI Service Coordinator will provide assistance to, deliver and manage services through outreach and community-based services to individuals living with brain injury and a number of carers networks and support functions.  This successful candidate with deliver Outreach Services to individuals living with brain injury, deliver Carers Networks to Carers and a number of additional service activities. The services will take place in the following areas:

Northern Sector: Foyle, Limavady and Causeway.

Southern Sector: Enniskillen, Omagh and Strabane.

We are looking for a confident self-starter with an interest in brain injury and health or social care to fill this challenging yet rewarding role. If you are interested in helping us to improve life after brain injury, this could be the job for you.

We are seeking applications for two part-time posts; 18 hours per week covering the Northern sector of the Western HSCT and 18 hours per week covering the Southern sector of the Western HSCT.
