To provide advice, assistance and support to young people. To attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs. To act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to address their difficulties and achieve their full potential.

Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available with an application pack)

 

  • Minimum of three GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
  • A relevant recognised qualification in health and social care or related field (Minimum NVQ level II or equivalent)
  • At least two years recent experience of working in an accommodation or community work setting with vulnerable young people.
  • IT skills
