7173 Employment Support Worker - NI Refugee Support Service

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated employment support worker to focus on helping service users gain meaningful employment. This role would be a connection between the refugees and the job market, responsible for raising the employment rate of refugees we support by upskilling and matching them to suitable opportunities. This will include:-
- Carrying out an audit of skills and experience
- Providing support for CV writing and interviews
- Sourcing employment and training opportunities and supporting candidates with preparation
We are looking to hire an experienced individual with a background of helping people overcome the barriers to employment and who can increase the number of our Syrian refugees deemed ready for employment and those accessing employment opportunities.
Interviews will take place one week following the closing date.
