The Early Intervention Family Support Service is commissioned by the Health and Social Care Board providing services to children, young people aged 8 years to 13 years and their families across the Belfast, South Eastern and Northern Trust localities.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the Children's Services Manager to meet the administrative management of a busy and innovative service.  Our successful candidate requires having extensive experience and understanding of managing three large budgets and data management. 

Initial Specific Responsibilities

  • This is an exciting post, working as part of a dynamic team delivering early intervention family support to children and families across a large geographical area
  • The Administrator will be office-based and involved with the team in organising events and hosting meetings
  • To provide direct support to the Children’s Services Manager

Supplementary Information - Essential Criteria

  • Experience of budget preparation
  • Experience of monitoring income and expenditure against original budget and revised forecasts
  • Produce reports aggregated from service user records for internal and external audiences as required

Hours:         36.25 per week, Monday to Friday

Salary:        £19,768 per annum
