4169 - Project Worker 2 - Disabled Children & Young Peoples Partnership (DCYPPP)

You will join a dedicated team who have the responsibility for developing and facilitating individual and group work with children and young people who have a range of physical, learning and sensory disabilities.

Your role will be to support in the supervision of staff and to facilitate DCYPPP's programmes in schools and the community.

This role requires flexibility to work around group meetings including evenings and weekends. You must also hold a driving licence with access to a vehicle. 

Main duties of the role will include:

• supervising staff and volunteers
• undertaking referral assessments
• planning and delivering programmes to children and young people

Full driving licence and access to a car or be able to demonstrate ability to meet the mobility requirements of the post.  If appointed must have appropriate business insurance.
