Have you experience in family support and want to be involved in early intervention by linking families to local family support services.

We are looking for a new member of our Family Support Hub team.

Barnardo's is the lead body for the co-ordination of the Outer South and East Belfast Family Support Hub

Family Support Hubs function across the NI region to offer family support to families at the earliest stage. Each Family Support Hub is a group of organisations including community, voluntary and statutory services that work with children and young people.

Outer South and East Belfast Family Support Hub links children aged 0-18 years to early intervention family support services to improve outcomes for children and young people.

The Family Support Hub Co-ordinator will respond to families requesting a service, listen to their needs and, with the support of Hub members, access services that best suits the family requirements. This post involves speaking with families, identifying appropriate services, linking with Hub member organisations. You will be responsible for the administration of processing these service requests.

Salary: Circa £23,545.10  for full time working – actual salary will be paid pro rata.

Hours: 17.5 hours, with the possibility of increased hours subject to funding.  Hours to be worked over 3 or 4 days

Interview Date: anticipated week beginning 08 April 2019
