3373 Early Intervention Family Support Worker (3 x Posts) - Early Intervention Family Support Service

This is a home based service focusing on family, community & education. The service is flexible and responsive to the needs of vulnerable children and young people.
Project Workers are required at present in both the South Eastern and Belfast H &SC Trust areas:
One full time post - BHSCT- fixed term to 31 March 2022
One full time post - SEHSCT - fixed term to 31 March 2022
One part-time post (18.5hrs) - SEHSCT - fixed term to 31 March 2022
(Candidates will be asked to state their preference at interview)
The role requires essential knowledge and experience of supporting families and children with a range of needs and involves:
- Delivering an early intervention service to families and children
- Offering a range of supports including, parent support, individual support and family work.
- Lone-working; delivering support to families in the community.
- Working alongside other statutory and non-statutory agencies i.e. social workers, schools & health professionals.
- Delivering evidence based interventions to support families to reach their full potential
