For anyone who has a health condition and/or is unemployed and requires support to return to the workplace.

We can provide you with access to a wide range of remote support to cope with the current Covid-19 crisis with no need for face-to face appointments, including:

-  dedicated Advisor who will have phone check ins with you as often as you need them

- Fast and direct access to personalised physical and mental health advice from in-house professionals and community health experts via telephone appointments

- Free online courses including money management, job searching skills and confidence building

- Employer relationships and focused support to help you access the job you want when you feel ready to return to the workplace

- Specialist support from a network of in-house professionals and linked-up local services to help with barriers such as substance abuse, addiction or rehabilitation, housing issues or homelessness

- Dedicated in-work support team to help you navigate employment during the current crisis, including supporting with furlough questions and issues

Protecting your wellbeing during the Covid-19 outbreak is our primary concern. We can provide intensive support in a flexible and tailored way.

If you do not feel ready to return to the workplace that is absolutely fine – we want to support you until you do. You can also keep the telephone appointments when things return to normal if you prefer.

This is an entirely free and voluntary service that we are offering to residents of the Greater Belfast Area.
