We have various support services available:

Information Service that can answer general questions on hearing loss and tinnitus, signpost to other services and support with assistive equipment.

Tinnitus Support Service: 1-1 support over the phone or by email to help you cope with your tinnitus and develop coping techniques.

Signpost to resources and other support available.Information for family and friends also available to allow them to support the person with tinnitus.

Hearing Aid User Support Service: Support to get the best out of your hearing aid, try to identify how to resolve any issues and signpost to their audiology department if necessary.

Advice about maintenance of hearing aid to keep it work well and we can post out batteries.

Employment Services: Specialist Employment Programme offers support to people who are looking for work, courses, training or looking to get into college or university. They can offer advice and information on all of this as well as supporting them with their CV and applications. Workable programme supports people in work who may be having problems due to their hearing loss or tinnitus. This can be emotional support, information on assistive equipment, information on Access to Work and support to overcome any obstacles. This is working with the person with hearing loss or tinnitus and their employer.

How to access this support

Due to the Covid-19 we are currently unable to offer face to face services. We will still continue to support people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus via phone (028 9023 9619 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm), email and text and we are currently exploring options for video calls.
