Help offered

Due to the ongoing health situation, we have all had to make many changes to our lives. In the midst of the uncertainty surrounding us, we would like to reassure you that The Niamh Louise Foundation is still here to support all those struggling with thoughts of self-harm and/or suicide, and their families, as best as we possibly can. Although our centre is closed, you can still contact us by phone, 028 8775 3327, and calls will be answered as best as possible between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Calls are being diverted to staff mobiles, so please be aware that this process may take longer than connecting usual calls. Please be patient, and hold until either a member of our staff answers or you are asked to leave a voicemail. If no one is available at that time, please leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. For those in crisis with thoughts of suicide, please contact us and we will make necessary arrangements to support you as best as we can. 📞 ‪Call us on 028 8775 3327‬‬ ✉️ Send us a private message on Facebook or email [email protected] For 24/7 help please contact Lifeline on ‪08088088000‬ or Samaritans on 116 123‬
