Help offered

Bangor Salvation Army are providing help to those who are vulnerable and isolated without anyone else to help them. We can provide food parcels of (tinned etc) goods. We can also help with the collection of your medications from a pharmacy.

Our befriending service - which normally operates in the form of house visits/ short excursions - has been transformed into a phone call befriending service for the length of Covid-19. If you are feeling isolated and lonely and think that you would benefit from a wee bit of phone companionship, please feel free to get in touch. These phone calls will usually be weekly, but may be regularly if this is convenient to both yourself and your befriender.
