Get Active Programmes: CancerCancer Lifeline
Cancer Lifeline offers a range of activites to help you get active. Current programmes include yoga, walking and swimming. Being more active can help with some of the side effects you might experience during or after cancer treatment. If you have or have had cancer, being physcially active is safe and has lots of benefits e.g. reducing stress levels, reducing tiredness, etc.
