My name is Caroline and I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am qualified at Diploma Level for CBT and a qualified General Nurse and Cruse bereavement support. I have experience in working with a wide range of mental health issues including Intensive therapy for Self Harm and Suicide.

You will be at the center of our work together to explore problems, design an appropriate treatment plan and goal setting to help you to manage your current situation better.
