Advice4Health: Signposting Service for Individuals and Families Who Need Additional Support in Accessing Advice

This is a referral based service. We work closely with health professionals who refer individuals and families who need additional support in accessing advice as a result of mental or physical health issues & addictions. It supports clients with a range of issues: welfare benefit calculations, claim forms & appeals; housing improvements & conditions; debt & finance, relationships, discrimination.

The service is based in hospitals, health centres and community settings across the Northern Trust area; home visits can also be arranged.

This service is provided in the Northern Health & Social Care Trust area.
