South Eastern Regional College are delighted to announce the launch of our Dream Big programme.  This free ten-week course is for anyone who has ever dreamed about being their own boss but didn't quite know how to get started. The new short course offers training, support, and a Level 2 qualification to help you get up and running.

This qualification provides an introduction to teaching. It can meet the needs of a range of trainee teachers, such as: Individuals not currently teaching or training achievement of the qualification does not require practice other than microteaching unless units from the Learning and Development suite of qualifications are selected; Individuals currently teaching and training (including those who have just begun teaching and training) although the qualification does not require practice other than microteaching (unless units from the Learning and Development suite of qualifications are selected), opportunities may be made available to observe and provide feedback on a trainee teacher’s practice; Individuals currently working as assessors who wish to achieve a qualification that provides an introduction to teaching.

Young Co-operators Conference 2023 wants to celebrate the newest co-operatives in Northern Ireland and inspire a new generation of co-operators. This year also marks Co-operative Alternatives 10th anniversary and the beginning of a new strategy to connect, engage and co-operate with young(er) generations. Co-operative Alternatives is a co-operative development body based in Belfast and the organisers of this conference. The event is funded by the Belfast City Council.
