Law Centre will host Senior Solicitor, Kelly Hardman (Fragomen Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy) who will outline the settled status process, with a focus on how employers can support their EU employees to navigate their responsibilities post-Brexit. Kelly will also discuss steps that employers should take to ensure that they are ready for the transition from a compliance perspective.
