Children need to play! As Playworkers in a world which seems full of restrictions, we need to make sure that we are meeting our children’s play needs. In order to do that effectively in a play setting, we need to plan ahead and develop a varied and fun-filled play programme.

This session will cover the following: what are children’s play needs and how do we meet them? How do you plan for play in the context of Covid-19 restrictions?
