OCN NI Level 2 Award In Mentoring Practice (Online)

This is a lovely full level 2 qualification in mentoring which is equivalent to GCSE level. Applicable to any role, this course can give you an insight into how to be a good mentor and how to make the experience beneficial for you and the mentee.

The course covers the following:
- Understanding the stages of the mentoring relationship
- How to apply techniques to make mentees feel comfortable
- How to recognise the boundaries of a mentoring relationship
- Understanding the referral process.

The course is completed fully online, with tutors on hand to help you. We have received excellent feedback on our tutor support for our online courses 👩‍💼👩‍💻👩‍🏫. There are no set dates or times to complete lessons you have up to three months to do the course at your pace and at times that suit you.
