NOCN Level 3 Award In Skills For Employment, Training And Personal Development

This course is designed to provide an introduction to personal development and vocational support, to build confidence for the workplace. Learners will gain an overview of key skills and areas of knowledge in order to inform further study and/or employment choices.

Perfect for those wanting to build their CV, or organisations wanting to upskill their staff.

This is a three-day course with additional assessment work to be completed in the learner’s own time

We tailor the learning to suit you or your organisation.

There are three units to be studied:

- Communication in the workplace
- Customer Service Skills
- Negotiation skills

We have a few other units that organisations and individuals can choose from, those listed are the most popular but if you would like something different we can provide alternatives depending on your needs for example presentation skills, decision making skills etc.

We deliver this course in your workplace or a suitable local location. We travel all over Northern Ireland and try to accommodate days and times that suit you.
