The ROC Conversation brings together those who live, work and serve in the Lower Falls area of West Belfast to celebrate the good work that is already taking place. Between us, we then determine where any gaps in provision may be and, critically, see what each person present can offer to bridge the gap. The Conversation always leads to action and positive change in the local community. We’re grateful to the Department for Communities for funding these events as part of a commitment within the NI Executive’s Tackling Paramilitarism Programme to promote a culture of lawfulness.

While the electricity powering lighting and appliances is decarbonising fast, the majority of homes still rely on burning fossil fuels for heating, hot water and cooking. This course will provide an introduction to the role domestic scale renewable technologies can play in reducing carbon emissions. It is suitable for those who need to understand the basics of evaluation, and those who need to enhance their skills in analysing and reporting data to be able to tell their story. The programme is split into 3 sessions, and you can choose to attend online or in person - you can attend an individual session or all 3 depending on your knowledge and experience.- - -
