As a Training Organisation, This Course leads to Certification in the Level 3 Award in Supervising  Food Safety in Catering, Level 3 Award in  Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing, Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Retail.

This Course will allow you to apply for many positions in the food, hospitality an care sectors as well as being an important requirement for those already working.

The Course takes around 18 hours in total. It is normally delivered over 3 days.

How is the Course delivered? What will I learn?

The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about food poisoning, personal hygiene and how to keep food safe from delivery to service.

This is an essential course for anyone Supervising those working with food including cooking, preparing and serving. It previously was called '"Basic Food Hygiene ".
