CMI Level 7 Award In Leadership Coaching And Mentoring

Would you like to enhance your leadership / management skills to include coaching and mentoring?

This CMI Level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring qualification is designed for managers / leaders / mentors (or those wishing to pursue this role in the future) who want to learn about organisational coaching and mentoring as well as developing and enhancing leadership skills.

This course is short and can be completed in as little as 4 days (depending on learner commitment. Learners are given flexible timeframes so that they can complete the course around work / other commitments. The course is completed either individually with the tutor on a 1-2-1 basis or we also offer the course for organisations /groups.

The qualification consists of one unit and it is fully coursework based. The learner will have to complete a 3000-word assignment but don't worry our tutors will be at hand to deliver your course and provide you with support on your assignment.

Learners should have a level 5 qualification or a degree to complete this course.

We travel throughout NI delivering this course and will accommodate learner's dates / times and locations.
