Duties would include dealing with customers in person and by phone; providing information about our projects (environmental education, volunteering, heritage and leisure activities); some administration and marketing activities. The post offers an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, and to work with other volunteers. Hours would be from 9am to 1pm and can range from 1 to 5 days a week. We hold the Investing in Volunteers Standard and are committed to providing a rewarding experience for our volunteers.
