TIDES Training TIDES Training & Consultancy is an ethically based non-profit company which offers Conflict Management, Community Relations and Mediation Training. Our team designs and delivers programmes to empower people with practical skills to: deal with the challenges of everyday life, address the legacy of political violence and engage with a more globalised society.
