RECONNECT RECONNECT WAS ESTABLISHED TO HELP AND SUPPORT ADULTS WITH ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY. The impact on a person who has had a traumatic brain injury can be overwhelming and devastating for both him and his family as they struggle to adjust to a different way of living. Reconnect helps to support the individual through training and rehabilitation.
Reconnects Training Complex is based in the Castlereagh Hills in Belfast. This training unit incorporates a purpose build facility where up to 30 adults can be accommodated each day and where each individual engages in a tailor made programme involving horticulture training, essential skills, information technology or is a member of our Supported Employment Programme. Each client has the opportunity to enhance their individual programmes to include socio vocational activities such as arts and crafts, DIY, Grounds Maintenance, Football and Personal Fitness.
