Barbara HannaI have worked in the Voluntary Sector for most of my career. I took up the newly created Fundraising Manager post with the Orchardville Society in January 2008. I work part-time hours split between home and office. I am responsible for developing all apsects of fundraising within the organisation!

My Organisation
The Orchardville Society The Orchardville Society is a registered charity (XN90480) with a proven track record spanning almost 28 years of providing training, supported employment and more recently social economy opportunities for people with learning disabilities throughout south and east Belfast. Our organisation currently provides such opportunities to over 200 people. The mission of the Orchardville Society is to provide training and employment opportunities through accredited training courses, life skills courses and also community businesses which provide real and viable work opportunities for people with learning disabilities. We are one of the biggest providers of training and employment opportunities for people with a learning disability in Northern Ireland.
Our mission statement is “working in partnership to prepare people with learning disability for employment and greater independence”
