Voice Of Young People In Care

VOYPIC is an independent regional charity which advocates for and promotes the rights and needs of children and young people with care experience. We work with children and young people in residential care, foster care and with those involved with Leaving and Aftercare services. We approach our work from a rights based perspective and are committed to involving young people in all aspects of our work.

Our aim is to improve the life chances of care experienced young people through working in partnership and listening and learning from young people and so facilitating change by influencing legislation, policy and practice.
