Rathlin Development and Community Association

RDCA purpose: to develop a vibrant and healthy Rathlin community and increase the involvement of islanders in the development of policies and projects that improve conditions for all the people of the island.
RDCA aims: to enhance community capacity and involvement in community development work;to ensure that basic services and infrastructure is provided and to improve access to services; to encourage appropriate economic development and advance policies for a sustainable island community.
